Are Nausea And Headache After Being Electrocuted A Concern?

Hello, i had water on my hands from washing my face and i then grabbed an electric wire and yanked on it and got a minor electric shock, i know this wasnt the smartest decision but now i feel lightheaded, i have a headache and nausea and i also have this electric feeling or numbness in my hands and feet, is this normal?
