Are My Semen Analysis Reports Normal?

Dear Sir, I am from delhi (India).i am married and we r trying to conceive.i want to disscuss my semen report
volume- 2ml. liquefication time 30 min. motility 40%, sluggish-30%, dead-30%, pus cell-4 to 6, total count-68million/ml. is this fin for m to become father. Plase help me

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigation like routine hemogram,Semen culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.

Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.

Other findings like volume,sperm count,motility are normal.
