Are Mood Swings, Tiredness And Cramps Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Me and my partner had unprotected sex 2 weeks a go today and I did a pregnancy test that came back inconclusive . I have been having pregnancy like symptoms like cramps, mood swings, food cravings, tiredness but I m not sure if I am. What should I do?

Understand your concern.
Confirmatory sign of pregnancy is missed period. If your period is late by 10 days from your normal period, you should confirm the pregnancy by blood HCG or by USG scan as both are more accurate than urinary pregnancy kit.

Yes, mood swings, tiredness and cramps are symptoms of pregnancy but it should be associated with missed period.
In absence of period, these are also symptoms of premenstrual symptoms and hormonal imbalance.
Take rest, healthy diet and fresh fruits, avoid smoking and alcohol.
