Are Lower Abdominal Pain And Bloating Suggestive Of Recurring Kidney Infection?

I m concerned I may have a kidney infection again. Some of the symptoms are the same but not as severe as the last time, which has been over a year ago. I do not want to feel that badly again so now I am paranoid. I have lower pain in my abdomen primarily on the left side which is where it was before. I also feel bloated. I can t decide if i should call my doctor.

Hello,

It is possible to be an infection but You should do a blood test, urine test and abdominal ultrasound to find the cause of your problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
