Are Lower Abdominal Cramps, Abdominal Distention And Bloating Symptoms Of Stomach Infection?
Lower abdominal cramping for most of week. Bloating and distention in lower abdomen...below belly button. Bowel movement every morning. Gas pills not helping at all. No fever, no nausea or vomiting. Can t figure out what is wrong. Could it be a stomach virus? It s been going around workplace in different forms. Thank You!

Symptoms are related to infection. Stool routine and culture, CBP, CRP, ESR is advised to confirm infection. If it is in the workplace, water and food samples should be checked.
