Are Hot Flashes And Breathing Difficulty Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure?

a lot of times , when I go to bed ill get a heat flash that stays with me until I get back up. it seems to also make it slightly hard to breath, and getting comfortable is impossible. air conditioning, and fans do nothing to help . is it likely to be linked to high blood pressure , or something else maybe?
