Dear madam you have been prescribed treatment for hypertension and ischemic heart disease . One medicine that is missing is aspirin an anti platelet .you should discuss about this with your physician . As you have described now you have blood pressure about 110/60 .It's very tightly controlled . If you have any dizziness or weakness you can discuss about dose reduction of losartan from 50 to 25 mg or they can stop H component that is hydrochlorthiazid . If you have no problem then it's okay.you continue with this with addition of aspirin.if you develop any chest heaviness or discomfort despite taking these medicines then you must consult your doctor .hope this will help . apart from this some life style modifications such as regular exercise, salt and saturated fat restricted but fruits and vegetables rich diet are equally important .
