Are Heat Sensations On The Chin And Headache Related To Neurological Disorders?

I have been getting a heat sensation on my chin area of the face also along with stabbing headaches. I have a nerologica disorder they are thinking MS. Just wondering if this is connected? I do have damage where the migraines are caused (showed on one of my MRI s)

acute migraine can cause this .but trigeminal neuralgia to be ruled out .also take some nsaids to relax pain and start mainatainance treat for migrain .at the same time get evaluation for trigeminal neralgia
