Can Headache Be A Sign Of Neurological Problem?

Yes, my daughter has had a headache for 12 days. Nothing is helping relieve it. She is in Peru and has been for 9 months now. The Dr. shined a light in her eyes and her pupils would get big but go small again really fast - big, small, big, small. The Dr. feels like it could be something neurological? Any ideas? She was on an IV for 4 hours with pain meds but still it did not help her headache.

Here, headache can be due to.many reasons, yes involved with head and back, brain most of the times.

It can be neurological as well.

Now, what doctor tested is light reflex and it is normal that pupil constricts when light is showered on it and dilated when light is taken out.

Severe prolonged headache, indication for MIR

Please get a MRI Brain done asap to know cause of headache.
