Are Headache, Weakness In Leg And Disorientation Symptoms Of Multiple Sclerosis?

For past week, i have had back of head headache and pressure, worse when i stand up. Also, after sitting or driving for a period of time, when i stand, i have loud roaring in both ears...sort of like a train going by. I also get weak in my legs, they both feel very heavy and i feel like i may pass out, and balance is very bad now. Went to er, was given ct scan. It was neg. Does this sound like ms?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to orthostatic hypotension, second it can be due to hypoglycemia else it may not be due to any cerebral pathology hope this information helps.
