hello doctor,i'm a 33 yr old pregnant lady completed 3 months now.now i experience a kind of head ache and vomiting which may be due to acidity.i feel so because the liquid i vomit is of sour taste .is it harmful to my baby?how can i avoid this?........renu,trivandrum

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the gastritis is routinely seen in pregnancy.Take food in small quantities every 2 hourly.Avoid spicy and oily diet .Take antacids and antiemetics as suggested by your doctor.Dont worry.
