hi. i have noticed that my periods have been acting funny. im 31yrs old and for the past atleast 2yrs, i sometimes spot afew days before i get the normal flow. Also the duration is pretty short as opposed tot the 6/7days i could get two days, 3 and sometimes even less. My flow used to be extremly heavy and how now gone to light. My hair has lost its lustre, from jet black its chanign to a light brown and looks limp and lifeless. im concerned, could there be something wrong?
