Are Dry Mouth, Cough, Fungus On Tongue And Joint Pain Symptoms Of Hiv?

one of my relative is doubt he is HIV. his symptoms are drying his mouth, cough last two weeks, fungus on tongue, cynus, joint pain etc. if he knows that he is HIV then he will commit suicide. If any doctors who can check his blood for HIV and if found hiv can any doctor treat him without knowing him that the treatment is for HIV.

HELLO.READ YOUR QUERY AND I FELT REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT IT.I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU THAT ITS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANY DOCTOR TO TREAT A PATIENT WITH POSITIVE HIV STATUS WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT.THE SYMPTOMS OF YOUR PATIENT MAY OR MAY NOT BE RELATED TO POSITIVE HIV DISEASE,BUT THEY ARE HIGHLY SUGGESTIVE OF IT.FOR THIS TO BE ON CONFIRMATORY EVIDENCE ,HE/SHE HAS TO UNDERGO BLOOD TESTS -ELISA AND WESTERN BLOT. WHICH INCLUDES BOTH "PRE AND POST TEST COUNSELLING" SESSIONS BY THE TREATING PHYSICIAN TO PREVENT OR CONTROL SUDDEN MAJOR DEPRESSIVE EPISODES WITH SUICIDAL TENDENCIES ON HEARING THE NEWS OF BEING HIV POSITIVE.FINALLY I WOULD LIKE TO TELL YOU TO GET CONFIRMED OF THE ABOVE DISEASE AND YOU BEING A PART OF YOUR RELATIVE'S FAMILY SHOULD EXTEND A LOT OF SUPPORT ,CONCERN AND CARE.
