Are Dizziness And Weakness Side Effects Of Iron Pill?
Diagnosed recently with iron and B12 deficiency. Internal Med doctor prescribed over the counter Iron pills every other day. Over the past week I have increased high iron food intake along with iron pills. Unfortunately, I am feeling weak, dizziness, difficulty thinking, and just not feeling well. Any thoughts on next steps?

It can happen with iron pills. Especially on the initial days of usage. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and switch to alternative preparation.
