Are Dizziness And Nausea Side Effects Of Keflex?

Can a person have a one day delayed reaction to Keflex? I am severely dizzy one day after I tried taking it. I switched to Bactrim because I was also severely nauseated by the keflex. I have kidney infection and kidney stone. I used to start my migraines this way when they first started 20 years ago. Over the years they have developed into typical migraines. I am also very nauseous as well. I have tried dramamine, Natural version with 1000 MG of ginger. And drinking ginger ale. I have some Zofran to help with the nausea, helps a little. I tried Exciderin Migraine to see if that would work. Nothing. It s been over 12 hours since it started. I have to hold onto items to walk through my house. I am laying down and trying to keep my head as still as possible to avoid the dizzy feeling as much as possible. The more I move the more it triggers the nausea and dizziness. I spent 5 hours in ER yesterday due to the bad reaction and doctor who prescribed meds advice. I really don t want to repeat that again. Hopefully I provided enough information to give accurate advice. Thank
