Hi. I am on 30mg Duromine and 15mg Trazadone a day, have been for 3 months now. Up until now I have not missed a period. I am however 4 days late this month. Have taken two home pregnancy tests which have both come up as negative. Can the medication that I am on disrupt my cycle? And if so how come only after 3 months? Could there be a chance I m pregnant and if so what are the effects of the medication I m on during pregnancy? Thanks.
