Are Constant High BP, Hot Flashes, Sweating And Neck Pressure, Anything Serious?

Hello, my blood pressure has been high for the last 3 months. 186/133, 153/96, 148/91, 145/102. I recently started having hot flashes daily every 30 minutes or so, sweating with pressure in my neck, mostly my right side. I thought the hot flashes were symptoms of menopause. I am 49 years old. I m having mild headaches as well. I can feel a pulsating in my neck. When I bend over I feel like my head is going to explode. Should I consider going to the ER? I m concerned that this is something more serious.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the reading of blood pressure is given here that requires anti-hypertensive medicine but it is advisable to consult the physician, for the rest of the symptoms it could be due to menopause, no need to go to ER hope this information helps.
