Hi,

Can you mention your age and last menses date?

Breast tenderness and spotting are not specific features of menopause. Menopause is diagnosed when periods are lost for 12 consecutive months, although after 6 months, it is almost sure.

To comment on possibility of getting pregnant, we have to assess ovarian function. If you are still having periods, pregnancy is possible, otherwise we have to evaluate ovarian function with the help of a gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
