Are Bloating And Darkened Nipples After Embryo Transfer Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I Had 2 frozen embryo's transfered 9 days ago, i am on progenova and pessaries. Since having the transfer i am very very bloated, nipples are dark, though my breast are not soar. I also have a metalic taste in my mouth. It is to soon for preg test. What are your thoughts

Hello,
Your symptoms do suggest successful implantation and are symptoms are pregnancy. Though, use of progesterone supplements also can cause symptoms of bloating, metallic taste does not appear. You can test for pregnancy through estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres after a couple of days. This is the earliest and better way to confirm pregnancy in the current scenario. HPTs cannot read so early on. They should be performed 3-7 days after the expected period. Hope your query has been clarified. Take care.
