Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Back pain, lower abdominal pain and tiredness do not indicate pregnancy.
There are various reasons for altered or delayed menstrual cycle such as pregnancy, mental stress, physical exertion, use of oral contraceptive pills, illness or wrong calculation of dates.
As you have not yet got your period and the urine pregnancy test was negative, I recommend you to wait for a week to get your periods. If you do not get your periods after a week then repeat a urine pregnancy test. If it turns out to be negative, then visit your gynecologist as you will need a complete evaluation.
Hope that answers your question.
Regards. Dr.Imaad.
