General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it seems less likely due to pregnancy and possibility of sexually transmitted infection is present. I suggest getting a gynecologist review, and to get ultrasound pelvis as well as cultures and sensitivity tests of the discharge. Pelvic inflammatory disease should be ruled out. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like acetaminophen and antispasmodic like drotavarine can help. Ultrasound pelvis will rule out any pregnancy as well even if it is ectopic.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
