General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The calf pain along with swelling and redness suggestive of deep vein thrombosis.

In your case leg swelling and redness not present.

So deep vein thrombosis seems less likely in your case and you may not need urgent treatment.

Hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
