Hi..
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have gone through your query and can understand your health concerns..

As per your query first thing that should be taken care of is that the bleeding has stopped or not, if the bleeding has stopped then it is fine that you have applied Neosporin which is an antimicrobial ointment and will prevent bacterial invasion in the wound..

You can give him Ibugesic plus suspension if he is having pain and there is no problem with it..
You can also do cold packs over the wound..
Consulting a Paediatrician to get evaluated for the depth of the cut and whether stitches are needed or not and the treatment can be done after clinical examination accordingly that whether Tetanun Toxoid injection and oral antibiotics is required or not..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
