Are Neomycin And Polymyxin B Sulfates Effective For Ear Infection?
I can use neomycin and polymyxin b sulfates and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension for my ear. I use before for my ear infection neomycin polymyxin b sulfate and HYDROCORTISONE OTIC. DR SAID IS FINE USE THE DROPS THAT ARE FOR EYES FOR THE EARS BUT I HAVE SOME DOUBTS I APPRICIATE YOUR ANSWER THANK YOU

Yes, it can be used but percentage of salt sometimes more in ear. Moreover take Hydrocort, under your doctor's guidance. If there are viral causes, it can do so much damage also.

Neomycin and polymyxin sulphates can be used for ear infection and dexamethasone ophthalmic can also be used. That doesn't cause any problem if used in ears. If you aren't confident enough, you can go for Hydrocortisone otic as you had used it earlier.
