General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

For migraine during acute attack ibuprofen or Naproxen both can be used...

If these medication not effective in relieving headache in acute migraine attack then at the time of headache onset rizatriptan 5 mg tablet Stat can be taken...
If still no improvement repeat rizatriptan after 2 hour.....

If repeated headache from migraine is the problem then prophylactic treatment with amitryptillin can be started

Avoid headache precipitating factors like ...
_hypoglycemia
_irregular meal
_lack of sleep
_smoking
_stress etc....

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician or psychiatrist for examination and discuss all these with him
