Are Dronis, Zifi And Premence Effective To Treat PCOD?

Hello doctor. . I am 24yrs old and unmarried.used to have my periods very regularly for 31days exact but for past one month I am undergoing frequent cycles within 10-12. Days.my thyroid levels are normal. After undergoing ultrasound pelvis test...right polycystic ovarian pattern is detected in ma scanning. For this problem my doc suggested dronis 30 and premence tablets for 21days for 3months and also she suggested me to take zifi 200.. with these tablets will my prob of frequent cycles will be solved. .will I again get my periods like previously for 31daysale. With these tablets will my polycystic ovarian pattern will complete solve .. again in my lifetime will I face any problems with this. ? hoping for a quick reply doc.. thanks in advance.

Polycystic ovaries occurs due to a combination of genetic, hormonal imbalance and environmental causes. There is no cure but there are many ways to decrease / eliminate PCOS symptoms. Hormonal pills are the common medication given.Treatments include birth control pills to regularise periods.

Hormonal pills can treat symptoms such as irregular periods, acne, excess hair, and elevated blood sugar.Hence you have been prescribed Dronis which is a combined hormonal pill. Zifi is an antibiotic containing cefixime and premence is a multivitamin drug.Both these drugs can be taken but they have only a supplemental value in treating ovarian cyst.
