Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

I can understand your concern.

You have taken tablet Clavum-375 mg.It is an antibiotic containing Amoxycillin with clavulanic acid. The dose for adult is 625 mg two times a day. This might be the reason that it doesn't seems to be effective as you might have taken low dose.

You are now taking Azax-500(it is an antibiotic-Azithromycin).Dose in adults is 500 mg per day.
Tablet Montac-lc(it contains Montelukast-10 mg with Levocetrizine-5mg,helps in relieving Allergic symptoms like Itching, watery nasal discharge, sneezing, etc)

You may continue with the above medication.

In addition to these above medications, you may also find relief by taking Oral decongestant (like Phenylephrine) and Nasal decongestant Drops like Xylometazolone,if you are not suffering from High blood pressure,Cough Expectorant like Ambroxol if you get phlegm on coughing or cough suppresant like containing Dextromethorphan if it is a dry cough and Tablet Paracetamol if you are feeling feverish.

You need a prescription of Doctor to take these medicines.

Also do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid cold, spicy and oily food.Avoid Smoke, dust and other pollutants.Hot tea with honey, lemon and ginger will also help.

Hope this answers your question.Get well soon.

hi
either azax or Clavum can be used .
but adult dose of clavum is 625.
dose of azax is 500 once daily .
dose was not appropriate for u.
take as I said .
but continue full course
azax-500 mg once daily for 3 days
or clavum 625 twice daily for 5 days
montec-lc also should be continued
