Any Suggestion To Treat Sore Throat And Pain In Throat/upper Chest?

My throat is sore.... right at the hollow at the bottom of my throat. It hurts to swallow and it also hurts to yell. Sometimes pain on my throat and upper chest just randomly comes and goes ever since yesterday around noon. Yesterday, I had face paint all over my face including my lips.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The symptoms you are presenting with looks like upper respiratory tract infection. The other possible cause can be allergic reaction to the paint. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like azithromycin(if you are not allergic). You can take anti histamines like levocetrizine. You should avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages. Drink plenty of fluids. I would suggest you to take throat lozenges and do warm saline gargles. .
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
