Any Suggestion For Severely Swollen Hip From Hip Injury?
My boyfriend was in a motorcycle accident a year ago. He hit his hip very hard when he went down and the injured ared was at least 10 by 10 inches and was Severely swollen. Dr s told him it would go away in a few months but it hasn t. What kind of Dr. should he see to address this continuing problem?

It might be a contusion or fracture. Consult an orthopaedician at the earliest and get evaluated.
An MRI scan is required for further evaluation. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
