I HAVE SERIOUS ITCHING BEHIND MY TESTICLE/ GROING AREA FOR SOME TIME AND i HAVE USED CORTISONE CREAM SO MANY TIMES AND HAVE NO EFFECT FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUITES. i AM EMBARRASSED TO SEE A DOCTOR. DO YOU HAVE ANY ANSWER? i DON T KNOW THIS IS CALLED JOCK ITCH?

Hi, it may be just a fungal infection. Please take Tab. Fluconazole 150mg one tablet stat dose and one after one week. Also, don't wear tight undergarment and keep the place dry. You can also apply topical anti-fungal creams after washing thoroughly the area with soap and water and then drying it.
Try it. Hope you will get relief at the earliest. Also, please do not apply cortisone. It will cause flare up of the disease.
