Any Chance Of Ovulating When Sonographer Says There Is No Dominant Follicle?

Hi, I am 30 yrs old and have taken Fertomid 50 from day 2 for 5 days. My periods are irregular and trying to conceive.
With Fertomid my doctor have asked for Ovulation study. Today is my 13th day and sonographer says there is no dominant follicle though Endo is 8MM. Is there any chance of ovulating and getting pregnant in this cycle.
Should I wait more and keep visiting sonographer?

I really appreciate your concern, even if there is ovulation phase going on and still there is no sing of ovulation then the hormone study need to be done to see the hormone level if this is not correct then this need to be corrected, the ovulation is more natural and physiological phenomenon that does not need any medicine as a matter of fact, you have to keep trying for conception regardless the medicines and this some time gives fruitful result, hope this information helps you have nice day.
