Anxiety. ECG And Heart Scan Done. ECG Shows Bundle Branch Block. Is My Heart Normal?

Hi I am a 30 year old usually fit & healthy female. I have four young children whom I am always running after & am very active. I have been suffering from anxiety on & off for the past 4 years. And am a worrier!!! I worry about the smallest of things especially my health. About 12 months ago i had an ECG as my anxiety was bad & I was convinced I had a heart problem. I always had a feeling my heart was missing beats & pausing it was very scary. I had a 24 hour ECG & heart scan which I was told was normal. There was nothing too worry about. A few days ago I had another ECG because I'm still anxious & still get the sensations my hearts missing beats it's pausing it stops for a second. This time the ECG shown right bundle branch block. Docs said don't worry it's common your hearts ok. The ECG leads might not have been placed properly. Machines are not always right. We checked your heart last year it's ok. Nevertheless am worried sick I want another ECG doing & my heart checking. Could there have been danage too my heart in the last 12 months. Why do I always have an abnormal ECG am worried sick. Please help. I want further investigations. I don't want too be fobbed off. Is my heart ok. Please help

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Right bundle branch block is a quite a common finding even in normal individuals. It does not carry much significance when there are no other associated cardiac symptoms.
For your reassurance you can get a stress/treadmill ecg done to rule out ischemic heart disease. If it's normal there seems to be no place for worry at all.
Relax and you are alright

Wishing you a healthy life

Take care
