Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information. 1. You are as such not in the age of menopause. The average stands at 52 years. However, there is an individual variation and family history is important. 2. You have to evaluate the causes of the heavy bleeding by a clinical exam, a sonogram of the pelvis to exclude cysts of the ovary and myomas in the uterus, exclusion of infection and hormone assay. Coagulation profile, urinalysis and blood counts are also necessary. Further management can be planned accordingly. Wish you good health.
