s typhi o antigen less than 1 in 320 dilution do do h antigen lesthan 1 in 160 dilutiion s para typhi ah antigen less than 1 in 20 dilution s paratyphi bh antigen less than 1 in 20 dilution opinion the widal test titers are suggestive of salmonella typhi o h infection.correlate clinically note significant titres more than 1 in 80 dilution what does this mean?

This is a widal test result. In widal antibodies titre for Salmonella typhi 'o', 'h' and salmonella paratyphi A ' h' and salmonella paratyphi B' h' antigen is tested. Now if the results are above 1:80 for any of these, they are significant otherwise not(eg 1:20 , 1:40 ) .your test results
are moderately high suggesting that it could be salmonella typhi infection and has to be related clinically ( in some cases this much high titres could be due to anything else also) . So your clinician can confirm the diagnosis for you now. If it was much higher titres it would have been diagnostic of typhoid.
