Acne Spreading To Back, Shoulders And Chest. No Help From Isotretoin, Chemical Peels With Salicylic Acid. Remedy?
m having acne from last 15 years now 1 am 30 years old,female but still they are not going.Tried everything now tied of everything.I have also taken Isotretoin but after 3-4 months didnot help me.Done chemical peels 6-7 sessions with salicylic acid its little effective but still the acne are there,now they re also coming frequently on the back,shoulders and chest area.

Hi acne spreading to back.shoulders and chest is called truncal acne.it is most difficult to treat.isotretinion is drug of chioce for this condition.as u already used it with no effect use minocycline 100g along with 0.005 tretin cream at night can cure the condition within 4 months.after that use mandelic acid peels for post acne pigmentation
