A Single PA View Of The Chest Reveals Fibronodular And

A single PA view of the chest reveals fibronodular and lineae densities seen in both upper lung fields. The rest of the lung fields are clear. The cardiac silhouette is nlt enlarged. The thoracic aorta is not remarkable. Both hemidiaphragms are sharp and distinct. The superior mediastinum is not widened.

Impression: Chronic inflammatory process in both upper lungs

Question: What does this reading mean? Does it indicate any PTB? If not, what could be a diagnosis for this kind of result? Please advise. Thanks!
