A Doctor DO did a myofascial release techniques on my Neck and the next morning my Right Arm started going numb this went on for six Weeks then a CT scan was done and the plaque in the Left carotid artery wasrruptured or loose 90-99 % blocked could this release techniques cause this? The same Doctor Order a sonogram two Months befor and the artery was 60-70% blocked
