Is Clogging In Left Ear Normal After Myofascial Release Therapy?
i have myofascial release therapy today - week 5, and the therapist put her fingers in my mouth (upper jaw line). I have had no jaw or TMJ pain prior to this. She said it would help release neck fascia. I now have a feeling of clogging in my left ear. Is this normal? temporary?
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
