9 Year Old, Got Stung While Playing, Swelling, Arm Pain. Applied Baking Soda, Water Mix And Ice. Anything To Worry?

My daughter is 9 and was playing outside with her friends by their shed she said she went to pick up a stick and she thought she got stung. It swelled up like a bee sting but looked like it got her twice in one finger. She put baking soda and water mix on it and then ice, the swelling went down but she said it still hurts and her arm aches. She said she didn't see what got her. I am just wondering if I should be concerned. Thanks Susan Cunningham

Hi, it might not be a snake, as she didn't see it, it could be a scorpion, or some bee like honey bee. Any how it is important to consult a doctor for relief of pain. She may have to take steroids for relief of pain and itching.
Thank you.
