3 Year Daughter, Puking Clear, Odorless Vomit. Anything To Worry?

My 3 year old daughter puked a large amount of clear, odorless vomit this morning. It filled my floorboard and her blanket. She is not sick or getting over any illnesses. She just started crying, then said her mouth hurt and then started vomiting all within 5 minutes. She didn't have any other episodes and no other symptoms. Should I be concerned?

Hi, this may be gastric fluid or the fluid she has taken. Since single episode without any other complaints, no need to worry. If it repeats or she develops any other symptoms like fever, head ache, seizures, pain abdomen then need to visit your doctor.
For now give her fruits, biscuits, fluids and for vomiting you can give her anti emetic syp like ondonsetron. This should help her.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
