OBGYN 's  Response
Hello Ms.Vijayalaxmi,
Your gynecological report is normal but you are overweight. Your husband should also be evaluated for infertility and then if he is also normal, you should be checked for incompatibility of blood groups, semen and antibodies. There is a condition called unexplained infertility when everything seems normal but conception fails. In such cases IVF or IUI is advised. All these should be done under the guidance of an infertility specialist. So please see such a doctor. Good luck.

General & Family Physician Dr. Ramesh M.Vachharajani's  Response
Hi, Vijyalaxmi,
Thanks for query.
As your all gynaec reports are normal what I suggest are,
1, Go for semen examination of your husband.
2,Go for your thyroid function test as you are having 70 kg weight. Hypothyroid is one of the cause of not having pregnancy.
3,Rule out diabetes.
Ok and bye.
