26 Weeks Pregnant, Cramps In Abdominal Area, Back Pain, Headaches, Dizziness. Medical Attention Needed?

hi, i am 26 weeks pregnant with my first child who has a medical disorder where her intestines are outside of her stomach . she still moves regularly but last night and into all of today i have been experiencing slight cramping in my pelvic/abdominal area, slight pain in my back throbbing headaches and dizziness . should i go to see a doctor

Thank you for putting up your problem to Healthcare Magic!
Cramping pain in abdomen is not a good sign you can go in preterm labour & again throbbing headache is indicative of high blood pressure in pregnancy.
You need to start the treatment after consulting your gynecologist & get investigated for urine routine examination & culture sensitivity, C reactive protein & get your blood pressure checked.
