2008 I Lost 60% Range Of Motion On Left Side

2008 i lost 60% range of motion on left side due to accident with semi. gained all but 6% back and after 3 years i started to feel normal and not be in consistent pain. 2014 Lisfranc frature in the 5th metatarsal on left foot and a concussion to the back of the head (now confirmed by a neurologist it is a TBI) from another car accident. Since the 2014 car wreck i have had severe muscle cramping in the left upper thigh, pain in lower back , diagnosed from L1-L5 to have a spinal chord injury which now is degenerative disk desease. I am very weak 80% of the time, loss of use of left leg at random, balance is way off (risk score 10 per neuro). What next?
