2 Yr Old Suffering From Cough And Cold With Fever. Chest X-ray Says Mild Bilateral Broncovescular Periphiral Congestion. What Is It ?

hi, My daughter is suffering from cough and cold . she is 2 years old. her medical history is as follws, when she sneezes or starts coughing, within an hour period her body generates lot of cough and she needs to give antibiotics to cure that. she smtimes get fever too. also lat time we had to to nebulazarion. we did her chest X ray. which shows that everything is normal. ony she is having mild bilateral broncovescular periphiral congestion. i want to know what it is?

Hi,

It seems like early onset childhood asthma. It would be wise to consult a pulmonologist and to go in for long-term preventive measures with effective drugs.

The congestion means to say that there is fluid or mucus collection in the lungs in the broncho-vesicular zones.
