Perinorm contains metoclopramide which is an prokinetic drug and it is given in infants with severe gastro esophageal reflux.

It is not banned, but it has some side effects such as tardive dyskinesia which is a movement disorder manifested by abnormal postures.

Watch for any abnormal posture or movements in the child and if you find any report to the doctor immediately.

If the child is comfortable with the drug, nothing to worry.

But use in a prescribed dose and duration.

Your doctor is suspecting gastroesophageal reflux if he has prescribed that medication. It is normal for babies to bring out small quantities of milk after feeding. If they are gaining weight normally and no other problems nothing needs to be done.
Proper burping decrease the vomiting. Burp the baby after each feed.
Raising the head end of the baby's bed may also be useful if there is reflux.
