Question: recurring stomach pain had internal bleeding 6-7 months ago for an ulcer like condition. Doc said it was not an ulcer but rather something had twisted. He said it was rather rare condition. Do you have an idea as to what it was? i was put on zantac and protons

I would like to have some more information.
Whether Endoscopy was done? Please Attach the report if available.
One of the causes of Internal bleeding is Ulcer in the stomach.Apart from Ulcer,Polyps inside the bowel can get twisted and lead to Bleeding.
What investigations confirmed the lesion? Please Attach the Reports.What is the exact location of the lesion? Whether it is in the Stomach,Small Intestine,Large intestine etc.
You can use Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Rantac.These are used in Stomach ulcers only.
Please come back with answers to my questions.I will clarify further.
