Question: pls find attached medical reports of my Wife.
Test performed as part of regular checkup found high levels of "Triglycerides" and slightly elevated levels of thyroid harmone.
Kindly prescribe medicine to heal problem as per attached medical reports.

As i can understand, BMI is quite high.
And if currently not on any medication, then there is no urgent need of starting medicine for triglycerides.
Just try to keep bmi below 26.
If not willing to try for this, or not able to do this, then need statin therapy to control triglycerides level.
And for thyroid disorder,we need to confirm first, that this is autoimmune condition or non autoimmune condition.
So need to get one test done, which
is
ANTI TPO AB TEST.
on the basis of this test result, we can decide further line of management.
