Brief Answer:
It can be atrial fibrillation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

You are having elevated heart rate during exercising and after.
This may indicate arrythmias especially atrial fibrillation.
You may need to get evaluated doing an ECG and stress test to check for possible arrythmias.
Taking aspirin 100 mg can be useful.
Also you may need to take flecainide or sotalol to bring heart rate to normal.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
