Brief Answer:
Regarding STDs

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Unprotected sex could lead to an STD which may manifest with symptoms such as pain or burning inside urethra with or without discharge.

I would suggest you to first take a urine spot test for both chlamydia and gonorrhea so as to confirm even though you have adequately treated yourself for chlamydia and some other Non-Gonococcal causes of urethritis like Mycoplasma and Ureaplasma Urealyticum. Gonorrhea if detected is best treated with either injection Ceftriaxone or oral Cefixime, both of which are cephalosporins and prescription based medications.

Hope I have answered your query.
