Brief Answer:
As discussed

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for feedback saying normal CT scan of abdomen and pelvis except BEP, EUS Endo normal, seen the reports that you posted.
I have a feeling that the report are done on fasting levels. Fasting or dehydrated state may show some of the cell counts on a bit higher levels.
Please keep well hydrated before giving blood for followup blood work. This is indicated by hematocrit on a higher side in all tests; well this can be due to raised WBC due to CLL.
The possible causes of all the symptoms that you have mentioned can be due to the following reasons singularly or in combination:
CLL itself can cause such symptoms as weakness, heavy headedness, fatigue and so on.
The anxiety and stress of knowing that you have CLL can also be an additional factor.
Dehydration can itself be a reason for DVT. So start taking plenty of oral fluids. Due to the conditions you are going through one is known to drink less fluid. Please let me know if fluids are helping to improve some of the symptoms.
Sub-clinical intestinal infection; better to get stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
Watch for thyroid functions, levels of Vitamin D and cortisol.
Once any additional factors are found out and well treated may help to improve your symptoms.

Please discuss these points with your Doctors, get investigated accordingly and please give me feedback.
